Depending on the destination, customs duties and VAT may be charged. If applicable, your shipping carrier will contact you directly for payment.
Please note: The format of the best-before date may differ depending on the product, as we source directly from individual tea farms.
We recommend using 2.5-5 grams of tea leaves for 16.9 ounces (500 ml) of water. Adjust the amount according to your taste preferences—using a bit more tea can result in a richer, more full-bodied flavor.

We provide a delivery assurance for all shipments sent via trackable airmail. (Certain conditions and exceptions apply, detailed below.) In some cases, your order may undergo additional customs clearance. We will support you as much as possible throughout the process. If your order does not arrive within one month from the date of shipment, and the delay is not due to any action or omission on your part, we will either reship the item or issue a full refund at no extra charge.
However, this guarantee does not cover situations in which:
・the recipient fails or refuses to pay import duties or taxes
・the shipment is not picked up from a local postal or distribution facility
・the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address

Green tea contains caffeine and L-theanine, offering a calm and focused boost to help invigorate your day. However, if you prefer to avoid caffeine, we recommend teas with lower caffeine content such as Hojicha, Kukicha, or Genmaicha.
