We recommend using 5 grams of tea leaves for every 6 to 7 ounces (180 to 200 ml) of water. Adjust the amount according to your taste preferences—using a bit more tea can result in a richer, more full-bodied flavor.
For the first infusion, use water at 122°F (50°C) to bring out the tea’s delicate sweetness and umami.
For the second infusion, slightly hotter water—around 140°F (60°C)—is recommended to extract deeper flavors with bitterness.
Steep the tea for 90 to 120 seconds during the first infusion to fully develop its flavor and aroma.
For the second infusion, a 30-second steep is usually enough, as the leaves are already opened.

If your order does not arrive within one month from the date of shipment, and the delay is not due to any action or omission on your part, we will either reship the item or issue a full refund at no extra charge.
However, this guarantee does not cover situations in which:
・the recipient fails or refuses to pay import duties or taxes
・the shipment is not picked up from a local postal or distribution facility
・the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address
