NAGOMI Delivery Assurance
We provide a delivery assurance for all shipments sent via trackable airmail. (Certain conditions and exceptions apply, detailed below.) In some cases, your order may undergo additional customs clearance. We will support you as much as possible throughout the process. If your order does not arrive within one month from the date of shipment, and the delay is not due to any action or omission on your part, we will either reship the item or issue a full refund at no extra charge.
However, this guarantee does not cover situations in which:
・the recipient fails or refuses to pay import duties or taxes
・the shipment is not picked up from a local postal or distribution facility
・the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address
Please also note that this delivery assurance does not apply to wholesale orders.
In case of delivery issues (damage or contamination), please note: To file a compensation claim with the shipping carrier, we require photographic evidence. Therefore, we kindly ask the recipient to do the following:
