Delivery typically takes about 4~8 days within Asia, and around 2 weeks to most other regions. Shipping costs depend on your destination country and the weight of your order. Depending on the destination, customs duties and VAT may be charged. If applicable, your shipping carrier will contact you directly for payment.

We recommend using 5 grams of tea leaves for every 6 to 7 ounces (180 to 200 ml) of water. Adjust the amount according to your taste preferences—using a bit more tea can result in a richer, more full-bodied flavor.
For the first and secoud infusion, use boiled water to bring out the tea’s roasted aroma.
Steep the tea for 30 to 60 seconds during the first infusion to fully develop its flavor and aroma.
For the second infusion, a quick 10-second steep is usually enough, as the leaves are already opened.

We provide a delivery assurance for all shipments sent via trackable airmail. (Certain conditions and exceptions apply, detailed below.) In some cases, your order may undergo additional customs clearance. We will support you as much as possible throughout the process. If your order does not arrive within one month from the date of shipment, and the delay is not due to any action or omission on your part, we will either reship the item or issue a full refund at no extra charge.
However, this guarantee does not cover situations in which:
・the recipient fails or refuses to pay import duties or taxes
・the shipment is not picked up from a local postal or distribution facility
・the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address
